How long have you been dancing: My whole life, but ballroom since Paper Moon opened 🙂
How did you get into ballroom? My parents and I went to see The Buddy Holly Story and I desperately wanted to learn how to swing dance because I loved the music.
Which dance do you enjoy the most? Whichever one I’m dancing at that moment. But generally cha-cha, hustle, west coast, and samba.
What is your favorite dance memory? Everything about growing up at Paper Moon, honestly. All my friends were at dance, and now I have relationships that have been forged over more than a decade with the best people I’ve ever met.
What dance goal would you like to conquer next? Bolero. It’s the hardest dance for me, but I would love to not dread dancing it at socials.
What are your other hobbies? I’m a huge geek and I watch a lot of television and movies; I knit; I sing, and I read all the time.
Tell us something you think most people don’t know about you. I really love horror shows. The more gore the better.
